Refund and Exchange

Since we are dealing with a magazine, there is no refund from Indiaclicked.com after making the purchase.

We take extreme care while shipping all our products in sturdy packaging. However, if the magazine is damaged when you receive it, e.g. torn pages, rain-soaked, etc., please return the magazine at your cost and we will send you a free copy at our cost.

Refund Policy

Steps to be followed to initiate a refund

1. Please take a photograph as soon as you notice the defect and mail it to subscriptions@savioursmagazine.in with your order details and proof of purchase.
2. We will examine the photos and verify the order details, if the magazine is found to be damaged, we will request you ship the defective magazine to us at your cost. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we specifically requested it.
3. Once you have received confirmation from us please send the damaged product(s) to

4. After you post a proof of despatch of the damaged magazine, we will immediately ship a fresh magazine of the same Volume and Issue.
