Shantanu Basu is a former senior officer of the Indian Audit & Accounts Service (1984). He is alumnus of St. Columba’s School, St. Stephen’s College and the University of Queensland. He has authored two books – The Worm Within and The Irrelevant Indian. Currently, he is an independent public policy analyst and commentator.
