Maj Gen BS Das, VSM(retd) had a distinguished career in the Army. He retired as IG (Ops) of NSG.
Post retirement he has served for four years as Executive Director of an Indian MNC dealing with private security. He has deep understanding of the private security landscape and attendant issues.
