Dr. Bibhuti Dash is a retired Indian Police Service officer of West Bengal cadre and superannuated as Director General of Police. He is an alumnus of Harvard University and IIM, Bangalore and holds a PhD from IIT, Delhi. He is a recipient of President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service, Police Medal for Meritorious Service, United Nations Peace Medals and Director General’s Commendation with Disc. He is also author of the book, “Police in Blunderland” and writes extensively for leading newspapers.
